Proud Happiness

The smoke has cleared, tears have dried, but the utter joy I feel with President Elect Obama still endures. Why? Because finally we have a true leader heading to the White House. And for the first time in my life, I'm proud to live in America.

May the Universe stay on this roll - keeping the Pres-Elect safe, and listening to my wishes when whispered to the sky, granting each one.

(I'd blog further, but am back to limited computer use. *sigh*)

Kath, I feel "hope" again. And proud of the U.S. This election we did the right thing.

I hope your eye heals soon!

Did you see his press conference today? I had no idea he had any room to go up in my esteem. So thoughtful! And wow, I respect him.

I'm looking forward to his presidency.

Hello all. Pleas excuse my all-encompassing reply...

Thanks for everyone's good wishes. Yesterday I used the computer for less than ten minutes, and then cleaned the house, so today not only does my eye feel better, but I have an uncluttered house.

Spy, I didn't know about a press conference until last night - dang. I really would have loved to see him. Next time I'm there!

Thanks for the good wishes, Robin. I'm feeling good, but the eye is still a little out of it. Yet another slow healing process that keeps me sidelined. *sigh*
